Update: Redskins RB Clinton Portis had to leave the game today early after suffering a concussion. Portis only got 4 yards on 4 rushes before being knocked out.

Fantasy Impact: It will have to be seen how severe the concussion is before we can determine what this injury means, but if its anything like Eagles RB Brian Westbrook's, don't be surprised if Portis misses next week. Ladell Betts would be the add in this case.
