Update: According to Jon Heyman of SportsIllustrated.com, the Chicago White Sox have acquired SP Edwin Jackson from the Arizona Diamondbacks in return for rookie starter Daniel Hudson and 18-year-old pitching prospect David Holmberg.
Update:For the second day in a row,Carlos Quentin will miss the Chicago White Sox game against the Minnesota Twins, as he continues to recover from a bruised hand after he was hit by a Kevin Slowey pitch on Thursday.Manager Ozzie Guillen told MLB.com,"We don't need him for a day; we need him for months. We've got a Plan B.He seems like he's fine. I think it's a day-by-day thing. The last two at-bats [Thursday], I don't think he was right. But I trust my players; as long as they tell me they can play, they're going to be in the lineup."
Update:While his Minnesota Twin teammates get set to take on the Chicago White Sox this evening,1B Justin Morneau will once again be out of the Twins lineup while recovering from a slight concussion.Morneau will miss more than just tonight's game though, as the Twins have announced that they have placed their All-Star 1B on the 15 day D.L.
Update: The Chicago White Sox have split up their southpaw punch of John Danks and Mark Buerhle starting the second half of the season. Danks will get the first game back call, followed by Gavin Floyd, then Buehrle,Freddy Garcia, and rookie Daniel Hudson, who will be taking the injured Jake Peavys spot.
Update: The Chicago White Sox have announced that P Jake Peavy will undergo surgery to repair a detached muscle from his throwing shoulder and is done for the 2010 season.Daniel Hudson seems the likely replacement for Peavy's rotation spot for the second half of the season.
Update: The Milwaukee Brewers have let it be known that 1B Prince Fielder,All-Star OF Corey Hart, and 2B Rickie Weeks are all available for trade.Fielder would seem to be the gem of this bunch, but his association with agent Scott Boras could make it tough for any team to shell out too much not knowing if they will be able to re-sign him after the 2011 season.Hart and the Giants have been mentioned recently and the Brewers would probably want one the Giants young arms in return.Weeks would help teams such as the White Sox,Giants,or Padres with his offense.
Update: White Sox pitcher John Danks threw his first two-hitter shut out this Wednesday. Going into the seventh inning, Danks had a no hitter, and even when that was ruined he was able to keep composure and only allow two hits.
Fantasy Impact: Not much to say here except that Danks threw a great game. He is definitely on my list to watch, and we will see how he puts up in the future.

Fantasy Impact: Danks has had a couple of rough spots this season, but overall he has been consistent enough to be rostered in most leagues. His 3.10 ERA is a revelation in Chicago with their ballpark.Overall he now sports an ERA of 3.29.
Update:While he was not called up immediately,Daniel Hudson seems to be be the most likely candidate to replace P Jake Peavy Chicago's starting rotation.Hudson is 11-4 in Triple A Charlotte, but more telling is the fact that he has reportedly been pulled from the upcoming Futures All-Star game.Hudson will probably get the call this Sunday as the White Sox play Kansas City in their final game before the All-Star break.
