According to the Boston Herald, "The Raiders have reportedly sent Richard Seymour a five-day letter, meaning the former Patriots Pro Bowl defensive end is now on the clock.
If Seymour does not report within five days, he faces a season-long suspension, according to ESPN.com's Adam Schefter. The Pats dealt Seymour to Oakland on Sunday in exchange for a 2011 first-round pick.
Seymour has refused to report, and Raiders coach Tom Cable said the "issues (are) still between him and the Patriots."
