With ex-Ravens defense frontman Rex Ryan heading the show, the Jets have made moves this offseason to bolster their defense. Continuing the trend the Jets have reached a three year agreement with 49ers cornerback Donald Strickland, a source said.
The 5-10, 187-pound Strickland will be joining his fourth team. He was a third-round choice of the Colts in 2003. He went to the Eagles in 2005. He spent the past three years in San Francisco.
