
In Part One of our prospect primer, we looked at those young players who were either recently called up to the majors or those who have been finding big-time success in the minor leagues. In Part Two, we will examine which prospects around the league are falling short of expectations, as well as which prospects are casualties of circumstance - that is, they are playing well enough to garner MLB consideration, but extenuating circumstances are keeping them from being called up to their respective teams.
