According to the New York Daily News, "A federal appelate judge ordered the preservation of urine samples and other evidence that may prove more than 100 major leaguers tested positive for steroids in 2003.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled last week that federal agents overstepped their authority by seizing urine samples, drug-testing records other evidence during a 2004 raid on labs associated with Major League Baseball's 2003 survey testing.
