According to the New York Daily News, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell plans to meet with troubled receiver Plaxico Burress in the near future to decide whether he will be allowed to play football in 2009. Reports have been floating around that Burress will be suspended indefinitely, although the official words have not come out of Goodell's mouth. He's due in court on September 23rd, but could be judged by the Commissioner before then.
