Update: Philadelphia Eagles running back Brian Westbrook was kneed in the head by Redskins defense London Fletcher in the first quarter of the team's Monday night game.  Westbrook left the game with a concussion and did not return.  His status for Week 8 is now uncertain, reports the Philadephia Inquirer.

Fantasy Impact: Westbrook was very vocal last week heading into the team's Week 7 game, talking about he would like to see more touches.  Well once again the ever so fragile Westbrook goes down with an injury and fantasy owners must now hope they own rookie LeSean McCoy who will figure to get the carries while Westbrook is out.
