Update: There may be some arthroscopic surgery in Brad Lidges' future. He is undergoing an MRI to determine if surgery will be required to clean up some loose bone fragments in his pitching elbow.The Philadelphia Daily News say's that the fragments did not affect Lidge this past year. Along with the knee problems that plagued him, it would seem that some of those injuries might have had some affect on Lidge's troubled year.If he does require surgery he should be good to go by spring training.
