Update: Khalil Greene is likely headed back to the disabled list with lingering symptoms of an anxiety-related disorder. Greene homered in three straight games against the Royals, but felt frustrated and overwhelmed in New York last week, finishing 0-for-13. He struck out twice in three at-bats Sunday before being pulled from the game. "There's a lot of frustration again and he's having a hard time coping with it," said GM John Mozeliak. The Cardinals are expected to call up a reliever in his place.
