Update: Joe Strauss of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Troy Glaus has been shut down "indefinitely" after the bugling disc in his back failed to improve after pain injections.

Fantasy Impact: Glaus is not worth picking up as there is no room on the Cardinals' roster for him right now.  If healthy enough, he might be a September call up.
